1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Mova POS, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Mova POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management system covering inventory, cash register, online catalog, and finances, offered as a monthly subscription (SaaS) and part of the Mova ecosystem.

3. Free trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires subscribing to a plan.

4. Plans, payment, and cancellation

  • The prices and limits of each plan are those published on the pricing page.
  • Billing is monthly and charged in advance, with no lock-in contract.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the cycle already paid for.

5. User responsibilities

  • Keep your team's access credentials confidential.
  • Use the platform lawfully, without infringing third-party rights.
  • Ensure that the data entered into the system (products, sales, customers) is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the brand, and the content of Mova POS belong to Mova. The data your company enters into the platform remains yours; we only process it in order to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but scheduled maintenance or occasional downtime may occur. These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced through our official channels.
