Mova POS is a point-of-sale and business management system for small businesses, part of the Mova ecosystem. This policy describes how we handle the personal data of site visitors and platform users, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and company name, provided when creating an account or contacting us.
• Platform usage data: products, sales, inventory, and settings created by your company inside the system.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and service improvement.

3. How we use the data

• To provide and operate the contracted service (POS, inventory, register, and finances).
• To communicate news, billing, and operational notices.
• To provide support and respond to requests.
• To improve the security, performance, and experience of the product.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vendors essential to operating the service (such as hosting and payment processing providers), always under contracts that guarantee the protection of the information, or when required by law.
